At Mary Maxim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn hanks are uncut and kit components are complete.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
